My son, Jacob, dropped this nice doe this evening, so we finally have some venison aging nicely! He made about a 100 yard shot on her at last light. Been a tough season thus far, but we aim to put a few more like her in the freezer this month. Can’t believe how big this kid’s getting! Seems like just yesterday the beans were taller than him as we tracked a doe that I shot…now he’s doing all the shooting!
