Lee and I are gearing up for an elk hunt in Idaho in mid September. I’ve been running all summer and shooting my bow. Practicing my elk calling (my neighbors think we now have elk!!) and packing all my gear, can’t wait! Elk hunting in September is such a magical time of year. If you have never heard a bull bugle in the fall you are missing out! The colors are changing, crisp cool mornings… it doesn’t get much better than that!!
